  • Returns

    • We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 (seven) days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags intact. Please note that returns for innerwear and other hygiene-sensitive items are not accepted. Returns can only be initiated through our website and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline returns if we detect any misuse of our return policy.

  • Exchanges

            - Exchange Request Process:

    • We don’t currently offer a direct exchange service till now. but we have an indirect exchange service. If you would prefer items in another colour or size, please just return the items you don’t need and place a new order on https://infinitowear.com/. please remember that request for exchange is valid for 7 days after purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

    • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please note:

    • COD is available for all orders.

    • A nominal COD charge of ₹50 will be applied to all COD orders.

    • Orders placed via COD must be confirmed over call or email before dispatch.

    • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

  • How to Return a Purchase

    • To initiate a return for your online order, please use the return request feature on our website available in Order History under My Account section.

      Provide accurate information regarding the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will check your request and if valid we shall approve your return request. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup.

     

  • Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed within 5 (five) business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exceptions to the Policy

    • We do not accept returns for:

    1. Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

    2. Products damaged due to improper use or care.

    3. Items returned beyond the 7-day window.

    4. Product tags should be intact.

  • Additional Notes:

    • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Rejected returns will be held for a maximum of 5 (five) days for pickup. After this period, the product will be discarded or donated.
