The items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags intact. Please note that returns for innerwear and other hygiene-sensitive items are not accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please note:

COD is available for all orders.

A nominal COD charge of ₹50 will be applied to all COD orders.

Orders placed via COD must be confirmed over call or email before dispatch.

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

How to Return a Purchase

Provide accurate information regarding the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will check your request and if valid we shall approve your return request. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5 (five) business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
