Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on unused and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. The returned item must have all original tags intact, and the product should be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, we will proceed with your return or exchange request.

Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you have received a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for an exchange of the same product or a similar item of equal value, depending on availability. Exchanges are not available for size or style changes; however, a return followed by a new order is an option.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used for the order. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Processing Time for Refunds:

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the bank’s processing times.

Digital Wallets: Refunds to digital wallets will be processed within 5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed to the customer's bank account. We will contact you for the necessary bank details to complete the refund.
Return Shipping Costs

In case of defective or damaged items, Infinito will bear the cost of return shipping. However, for returns due to reasons other than defect (such as size or style changes), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
